average stay, some issues with service
unacceptable treatment stressful parking
i had an issue with how a breakfast charge was handled. the staff spoke to my wife unacceptably. this created a bad feeling . the experience negatively impacted our overall impression of the hotel, i would also mention the parking situation. it was difficult sometimes to find a spot near the hotel. this made arrivals and departures more stressful.

modern room clean room communication manner breakfast charge
the room was modern and clean. i booked the beautiful king room. the dining area was also nice.
my wife experienced an issue. she was charged for a breakfast , and the manner of communication was not ideal.

I found the room very clean. Breakfast included locally sourced produce and was cooked well..
Parking on the front was tricky to find sometimes. My room faced the street. It was busy, though it did quiet down at night.

helpful owners local knowledge great breakfast super clean room
i found the owners accommodating. they were very knowledgeable about the local area and nothing was too much trouble. the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and a great selection of hot food. the room was super clean, modern and clean.

the hotel sits right on the seafront. it allows easy access to walks along the bay. heysham is within a reasonable walking distance, but be careful as the street can be quite busy!

i stayed in the standard double room. the breakfast had local produce. i liked that the location was right on the seafront.

sea bay sunset spacious room modern room breakfast selection english breakfast tricky parking front parking limited channels tv street traffic room noise
our room had a lovely sea bay view it was beautiful when the sun set. the room itself was spacious modern and clean i loved that. breakfast was yummy they offered a wide selection of food such as a full english eggs on toast and cereal too.
parking was tricky on the front i always managed to find a spot though. the tv in my room had limited channels. the room got a little noisy from the street traffic at times.
